Thierica Inc. — PressDown Alerts Program

1. Program Description
PressDown Alerts is an employee notification service operated by Thierica Inc.
The program provides SMS text message notifications regarding the operational status of PressDown production equipment.
Messages may include equipment status changes, operational warnings, fault conditions, and other equipment-related events.
The program is intended for authorized Thierica employees who voluntarily enroll to receive these notifications.
2. Enrollment and Consent
Participation in PressDown Alerts is voluntary and requires the employee’s express consent.
Employees enroll by providing their mobile telephone number and affirmatively agreeing to receive PressDown Alerts.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment or the receipt of unrelated company services.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on equipment events and operational activity.
Employees may receive multiple notifications during periods of increased equipment activity or no notifications when there are no reportable events.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply.
Any charges associated with receiving or sending SMS messages are determined by the employee’s mobile service provider and individual wireless plan.
5. Opting Out
Employees may discontinue PressDown SMS notifications at any time.
Reply STOP to any PressDown Alerts text message to unsubscribe.
After processing an opt-out request, a confirmation message may be sent. No additional program messages will be sent unless the employee provides new consent.
Employees may also request removal by contacting IT@thierica.com.

7. Privacy
Thierica respects the privacy of employees participating in the PressDown Alerts program.
Mobile telephone numbers and SMS consent information are collected for the purpose of providing operational equipment notifications.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

8. Service Availability
SMS message delivery depends on mobile carrier networks, equipment connectivity, and the availability of related communication systems.
Thierica cannot guarantee uninterrupted or immediate delivery of SMS messages.
PressDown Alerts are supplemental operational notifications and should not be relied upon as the sole method for communicating safety-critical conditions or emergencies.
9. Changes to the Program
Thierica reserves the right to modify or discontinue the PressDown Alerts program as business or operational needs change.
Any changes requiring additional consent under applicable law will be handled accordingly.
